- March 9, 4pm: CX of M’s Inspiring CX Service, Leadership, and Excellence at the Henry Ford Museum (online).
- March 12, 9am – 1pm: World Information Architecture Day Ann Arbor (online). It is a week after the big global event. Thanks to U of M SOCHI students for organizing this again.
- April 1-2: UX @ UM Conference (in-person on campus and online). This one is by U of M graduate students, focused on grad students, but others are welcome to participate.
